If you have ordered any items you no longer require or ordered incorrectly then please contact us by phone or email within 48 hours of receipt of the goods. Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

Items must then be returned within 7 days and be in their original condition, unworn or unused and in their original packaging. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Eligibility for a refund is based on the condition of the item upon its return. No refund will be issued for any item that is deemed to have been used or tampered with.

Eligible items will be refunded using the original method of payment.

Items ordered incorrectly can be exchanged subject to stock availability.
At the moment, all products are only available for collection from the salon.

Click & collect is free and orders will be available to collect from Solarium Point within 2 working days.

If you have chosen to pre-order a product, they will be available for collection within 30 days and you will be contacted to inform you they are ready to be collected.
